SELLERS :
- PLEASE DO NOT COPY PASTE THE PHOTOS. ATTACH THEM SEPERATELY.
- PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR ITEMS IN MIC WORD FORM. SEND IN BASED ON THE FORMAT GIVEN BELOW.
- If there's multiple items, combine ALL items into one single email. Do not send separately.
- Kindly recheck details before sending.
- Kindly use the format as provided, with ALL info included.
- Do provide the link that you bought the item from.
- Do let us know once your item has been sold.

COMPLAINTS

Hi shoppers! 


Recently, I've been receiving a few complaints from buyers who claim that they have been cheated by other sellers. 


Before i continue, i would like to say that we, SHOPPERSPLATFORM, will not be responsible for any losses or whatsover. :)


Sellers :
PLEASE, PLEASE BE MORE RESPONSIBLE. 
Think of it the other way, how would you feel if you're buying something from someone and that person delays the posting process for DAYS, and weeks? You wouldn't like it as well right?! 
Even if you really need more time to proceed with posting out the item, please lah inform the buyer first and at least let him/her know that you need more time. alright? I'm sure they will understand :)


Buyers : 
Do give sellers a grace period of ONE WEEK after payment has been made/ seller goes MIA before emailing me. 
*sellers who are irresponsible will be blacklisted from the site
